SSH, Imperial Walkers, Low-slow Squats, Cotton-pickers, Peter-Parker’s and large arm circles

The Thang:

Starting at the amphitheater, 10 merkins, 10 step ups and 10 dips, then run a lap up to the party pavilion, down the hill, out to the street and back to the pavilion. (3 rounds) and repeat the reps for good measure.

A little Mary: (all x15 and IC) Rosalita, Lo-lalita, ABCs, Jelly Donuts, Obliques (left and right)

Mosey back to the ball fields

Pyramid time. 2-10 (by 1s) up and down: Merkins, Squats and LBCs.
