The Thang: Follow me to playground, partner up for 3 sets of: 10 pull-ups and 10 planks. *I should have given the warning to watch your head. Suds did the same thing as Stifler did last time. He seemed fine, but his count was still off by 1- so I think he’s fine. 🙂
Follow me down hill into the nature center, up hill to picnic tables for 11’s: Dips and step-ups. 3 deer were not bothered by our presence and tunes. Next: out exit to neighborhood for Mary: IC: LBC’s x 20, Freddie Mercury’s, Low Leg Raises, Mason Twists.
Next up: Mail Delivery: Sprint to each mailbox on your right for: 10 Burpees, 5 merkins, 5 Squats, plank it up at intersection. Turn right. Mary: IC x 10: Scissors, ObliquesSame thing every other mailbox. At 3rd intersection, circle up for mary: IC x 10: Low Dolly’s, Box Cutters. Next, turn right, then left towards Wynterhall Swim & Tennis. Stop every 3rd mailbox to deliver mail.
We estimated about 10-11 mailboxes for at least 100 burpees and 80 merkins (including playground merkins)
CoT: Welcome Scott, friend of Dunders. Scott served in the military including several helicopter crews: Chinooks and Blackhawk’s. Went to Redan High School near Stone Mountain (yes he used to run up it). Met Dunder at UGA, fraternity brothers. 2 kids. But lives up in Suwanee, so may be sporadic here. Supply chain management consultant. PAX decided on “Dusty” for Dusty Cropphopper (for those older PAX- this is from the PIXAR movie Planes).
Naked Man Moleskin: Prayers for Max Krohn, 16 year old Branches neighbor- he suffered a traumatic fall at their beach house in FL 4 days ago and is slowly recovering in Panama City. He is not talking yet, so next 24 hours are critical. There will be a prayer vigil for him at DUMC tomorrow at 7:30. Stevie also asked for prayers for another Branches teen, Tyler, who suffered a fall a few months ago and is in rehab. Praises for Catherine McEntyre (Stevie’s 2.0) for improving recovery/eyesite from her accident.
