Trader Joe’s start due to the worlds largest 10k taking our usual spot. An opportunity to modify and check out another part of Midtown.
Warm up:

The Thang:
- Mosey around the Midtown Promenade with some long jumps up the ramp(? What was that exactly). Then across the parking lot to the stairs joining Midtown Place shopping center.
- 11s on Home Depot stairs (squats & LBC)
- Mosey across Midtown Place parking lot with a little bit of history lesson
- stops along the way for 4 circuits (starting at 5, then 10, 15, 20) of burpee, push-up toe touch, and bear squats; sprint up Ponce to Ponce Place and mosey back to beltline at Greenwood entrance and then back to Trader Joe’s
- 3 man grinder : 3 PAX at stations with 1 Pax traveling via different modes each round (Round 1 Bear crawl, Round 2crab walk, Round 3 hop)
- Stations stayed the same each round
- Lunges , Flutter kicks, Stone Mountain Push-ups
