The Thang: battleship board between two teams with the following exercises: Avocado roll, burpee, curl to press, 10 point burpee, elevated twisting sit up, one legged squat walkout to merkin, Diamond merkins, jumping squat to Bonnie Blair. Also every ten minutes- lateral shuffle and run around island.
