Ran for approximately 39 mins up/down the beltline and through the meadow. May have been slightly less time, but had to finish with enough time to make it to 3rd F and if you include the warm-up, then we met the goal. Much better way to kickoff my 39th year vs last year when I spent the day in a work conference room in London.
