The Thang:
Tried out two new exercises:
Archer Merkins: push-up down, but on the return up lift one hand to armpit, down, return up other arm to armpit.
Archer Squats: squat down, on return up lift one leg to high knee, down, return up other leg to high knee. I had the name “archer merkin” ready to go (a take on a swimming drill), asked pax for suggestions for naming the squat, this is what they came up with.
Rig: 3 blockees/burpees, 6 pull-up/chin-up/incline merkin, 9 big boy situps, mosey to Wood’s
Wood’s: 6 wall jumps, 12 dips, 18 archer squats, mosey to Boca
Boca: 9 squat jumps, 18 archer merkins, 27 2-count X-factors, together walk to parking lot across street
Parking lot: 5 merkins, run to traffic arrow (about 8 parking spaces) and back, 10 merkins, run to second traffic arrow (16 spaces?) and back. Ez mosey back to Rig.
