Mosey out to the street and then back to the parking lot for Butt Kickers, High Knees, and then Karaoke (facing North 2 times). Circle up for Chinooks (12) Run Stance Switch (12) and Stone Mountains (12) rinse and repeat
The Thang:
Mosey back out drive and then back in bus entrance, SSH for the 6, Imperial lunges and Bear crawl up to the front of the school.)
A the front of the school we did a ladder on the handrail: 2 Chest pull ups, 2 Mericans, 4 Big Boy sit ups, increase to 4,4,8 and continue the increment to 10,10,20. Plank and air chair for the 6.
Mosey out of the bus drive and back into the front drive and to the bottom of the rock garden. Imperial Walkers for the 6. Box jumps to the top, rinse and repeat 6 times.
Mosey out main entrance and back in top entrance to the benches. Inclined plank for the 6. Elevens were next with Step ups and Derkins. Toe taps on the curb for the 6.
Mosey out the first top entrance and back in the second. Circle up for Mary. Around the Circle for a count of 10 so everyone gets a turn. Needless to say the first 2, unnamed PAX could not stop at 10, Suds and Bean. We settled in for 10 rounds of various Mary. We needed to recover and get to the grand finale before time expired. Back steps for calf raises. I did not want those muscles to atrophy after last week’s pain. Regular, Toes in, Toes out for 16 counts each.
