Slimfast group joined us for the warm-up. Spent a little extra time doing dynamic and standard stretching.
The Thang:
Rules:
- Use a sandbag, coupon, or circular stone
- Do the arm reps until failure and only 10-20 reps of the leg exercises.
- This was an upper body focused workout, but I wanted to keep the legs loose
- Curls and lunges x4
- Rows and squats x4
- Shoulder press and one-legged glute bridges x3
- Weighted pushups and normal glute bridge
- Dips held while we went down the line and did 15 x3
- Death set with Curls, Rows, Shoulder Press, and Dips
