Slimfast group joined us for the warm-up. Spent a little extra time doing dynamic and standard stretching.

The Thang:

Rules:

  • Use a sandbag, coupon, or circular stone
  • Do the arm reps until failure and only 10-20 reps of the leg exercises.
  • This was an upper body focused workout, but I wanted to keep the legs loose
  1. Curls and lunges x4
  2. Rows and squats x4
  3. Shoulder press and one-legged glute bridges x3
  4. Weighted pushups and normal glute bridge
  5. Dips held while we went down the line and did 15 x3
  6. Death set with Curls, Rows, Shoulder Press, and Dips
