A nice Friday morning with no rain, and the PAX came ready for nice tour of Dunwoody.
Warm up:
10 Hairy Rockettes, 10 Toy Soldiers, 10 Low Slow Squats i.c.
The Thang:
Run north on Chamblee Dunwoody then turn right down Scout’s Hill back to Roberts.
Left on Roberts to Mill Glen and meander over to Dunwoody Club.
Right on Dunwoody Club to Dunwoody Club Forest.
Meander through Dunwoody Club Forest (including some steep hills) then right into Wyntercreek.
Meander through Wyntercreek back to Roberts then left back to the Shroom (4.5 miles)
CoT:
Fireballs took us out. Scout is off on a sailing adventure (hopefully he doesn’t get caught in the Bermuda Triangle!)
