- Oak Hill Latter: Burpees at the top, Push-ups and situps at the bottom
- Set 1 – 5 burpees – 10 pushups – 15 lbc’s
- Set 2 – 6 burpees – 12 pushup – 18 lbc’s
- Set 6 – 10 burpees – 20 pushups – 30 lbc’s
Workout 2
- Mosey to the pull-up bars
- 2 sets of pull-ups until failure – mosey around 1/4th of the active oval
- we completed around 4 sets of this
Workout 3
- Mosey to the children’s playground
- complete going down the side once without getting arrested
