0600 was upon us and knowing we needed a Q, YHC bit the bullet and took it on (covering for Diablo who will make it up later this month).
Warm up: (all IC and x13 – 2 rounds)

The Thang:
Sufficiently warmish, we moseyed away from the lot, up Barclay drive and around the East edge of the park, then down the main drag and around the backside of the skate park.
We partnered up, and while Partner 1 did squats, Partner 2, ran the parking lot around the skate park (roughly 2 minute lap). We did this two times each.
Mosey into the skate park for some Mary (all IC and X13)
- 6-count Leg Raise, Low Dolly, Low Flutter, Obliques, and American Hammers
Mosey down the hill to the small pavilion for some reps. All X13
- Incline Merkins (IC) StepUps (OYO) and Dips (IC)
Mosey from the pavilion and around the trail on over to the amphitheatre
- Mosey up the hill to the amphitheatre for some reps. All X13. Incline Merkins (IC) StepUps (OYO) and Dips (IC)
A second helping of Mary:
- 6-count Leg Raise, Low Dolly, Low Flutter, Obliques, and American Hammers and Big Boy Situps
Mosey around the outside of the area and up to the large pavilion. One more set of Incline Merkins (x13/IC).
Mosey back to COT.

Naked Man Moleskin:
Prayers for the patriarch of the Jones clan (aka Diablo’s father and Novocaine’s wife’s father) as he recovers from a stroke over the weekend. Please keep them in your thoughts.
Additionally, on this no-repeat-O Q-athon, we need some guys to step up and grab some slots over the next couple of weeks. Names that are off the board:
B-Bo, Big Apple, Billboard, Chaingang, Dubya, Dynomite, Fireballs, Gold Bond, Manhole, Rumrunner, Salt Lick, Scout, Seles, Shrinkage, SnakeOil, Suds, and Wreck-It Ralph.
That is 17 names and in the month there are some 27 slots. Which means we need 10 guys to find the open slots over the next two and a half weeks and fill them. They are all Monday/Wednesday/Friday slots, so if you don’t want to lead a group run on Friday, i suggest getting your name in now. Don’t make me voluntold you.
