Warm up:

YHC had a few beverages with the boys last night and was a little crusty to get the workout started but pushed through.

SSH – High Knees – Butt Kickers – Weed Pickers – Don Q’s – Low slow squats – arm curls – bear hugs – raise the roofs

The Thang:

Workout 1) Partner up – one partner works while the other one rest. 3 sets of failure or form break.

  • Bench Press: 50LB Mega Coupon
  • Squats: 50LB Sandbag
  • Sumo Deadlift: 90LB bowflex weight

Workout 2) Circle of Death: Hard count reps until one member of the pax is left standing.

  • 10 reps of a new movement “Curl Thrusters” to hit the legs, biceps, and shoulders.
