20 SSH, 10 Weed Pickers, 10 Tin Soldiers, 10 Bear Hugs, lap around horn

The Thang:

Ladder.  Do 10, then 20 then 10, then 30 then 20 then 10 and so on.

10 close grip chest press w/C, 20 Big boy sit-ups, 30 good mornings w/C, 40 squats w/C, 50 merkins

Then we did an indian run – 2 big laps.  Person in the back does 5 SSHs then runs to the front of the line.  Everyone got through at least twice.

Back at the circle, do another ladder, but an inverse version (swapped the order of the exercises:

10 Merkins, 20 squats, 30 good mornings, 40 big boy sit-ups, 50 close grip chest press.  We worked up this ladder until time ran out.  Took 2 minutes to stretch before CoT.

CoT:

Weber migraines and interviews for a new role at CFA.  Suit’s son needing afternoon nanny for a couple of months, and Wind-up’s wrestling tournament out of town coming up.  Babies on the way, and health of mommas.  Those impacted by job lay-offs.
