The Thang:
Get into a line of 5 facing the Playground at the end of the parking lot. There are three rounds, each exercise is done twice by everyone in your line before moving on to the next round. Each Pax will rotate through each exercise and end where they started.
(1 Rotation Example: Pax 1 will become Pax 5; Pax 3 will become Pax2…and so on)
Pax 1: Pace setter
Rifle carry coupon to Playground and do 5 Box Jumps then rifle carry back. ( Give the Coupon to the next Pax in line and become the new Pax 5 causing everyone in the line to move up one exercise)
