The work out progresses as the song does, with each addition adding to cascading sets of exercises. YHC sang in what he feels was in tune although pax were not impressed.

2. Two sets of merkins (12 single count of various varieties – reg, wide, diamond, military, staggered)
3. Three sets of lower body (12 each of prisoner squats, reg lunge, reverse lunge)
4. Four sets of karaoke (about 25 yards, out and back twice)
5. Five big boy sit ups
6. Masons twisting (4 count)
7. Burpees burping
8. Eight count BB (8 x in cadence)
9. LBC
10. Ten seconds planking
11. Carolina dry docks
12. Run stance switch


We ran out of time and combined the 11th and 12th days.
