As this is the 2nd year in a row, I guess we can call this an annual event, next year we can determine if it is a habit or not. It was a Saturday in January, the forecast was called for sub 30-degree temps, let’s get everyone together for a longer than normal Beatdown in a different location. Yeah, that’s seems like a good idea, so we did just that. We closed all the ATL AOs and brought as many PAX as we could entice, to come to F3 Patriot for a 3 Q BD complete with 2 presiding Nantans (ATL-Smalls and Alpha-Speedo) and some F3 Royalty (SE Sector Q – Exile from Cherokee).
Before the BD a handful of us got together for a little Pre-Ruck or Pre-Run. The Ruckers were Speedo, Zohan, Smalls, Softhands, Jelly Donut (Leon) and YHC. The Runners were Novocaine, Fireballs, Scout and Wreck-It-Ralph.
As 0700 approached the PAX began to roll in from across the Metro, and we gathered at the clearing at BrookRun and got to work.
YHC intro’d the 3 Qs for the BD, and then took the PAX through a single round of warm-ups.

- 6s (or 7s) Box Jumps and Burpees with 10x SSH in between
- Mosey to field in front of pavillion
- Jailbreaks with these exercises intespersed between reps
