The Thang:
YHC had an interval timer set up to direct the remainder of the workout. One cycle was:
- 45 seconds mosey somewhere – led by PAX in alternating fashion (which led us to some truly random parts of Terminus)
- 20 second rest
- 3x 45 seconds of one exerciese + 20 seconds rest
Repeat forĀ 8 cycles (8 exercises)

- Alternating Side Lunges
- T-Merkins
- Spiderman burpees (option for mountain climber burpee or normal burpee)
- Pistol squats (option for regular squats)
- LBCs or Shouldertaps
- Jump squats (option for Rocking Chairs / Pooper in the Woods – or whatever Smalls calls them)
