The Thang:

YHC had an interval timer set up to direct the remainder of the workout. One cycle was:

  • 45 seconds mosey somewhere – led by PAX in alternating fashion (which led us to some truly random parts of Terminus)
  • 20 second rest
  • 3x 45 seconds of one exerciese + 20 seconds rest

Repeat forĀ  8 cycles (8 exercises)

Excercises:

  • Dips (at stonehendge II)
  • Alternating Side Lunges
  • T-Merkins
  • Spiderman burpees (option for mountain climber burpee or normal burpee)
  • Pistol squats (option for regular squats)
  • LBCs or Shouldertaps
  • Jump squats (option for Rocking Chairs / Pooper in the Woods – or whatever Smalls calls them)
  • Freddie Mercury or American Hammer
