Back to the goal line for 2 burpees, then to the 20 yard line for 10 merkins
Repeat till you get to the far goal line (1,100 yards, 20 burpees, 100 merkins)
– Mosey to the far goal line
Karaoke to the 50 and back
10 double count squats
Repeat
Mosey to the 50 and sprint to the goal zone
Mosey back to the parking lot and finish w/ 45 second wilson.
