YHC woke to the sound of thunder and the flash of lightning, so expectations were low as the clock approached 6 am. Lo and behold, a minivan appears then another vehicle with Manhole in it. Seles and Manhole conferred in the car and a decision was made to go ahead with the beatdown, but conduct it under the picnic pavilion roof. So, we piled into the minivan and parked in a “No Parking” zone next to the pavilion. Then another Seles beatdown began!
Warm up:

The Thang:
11: Step-ups and Dips
Mary: 14 Boxcutters i.c. 3X
Mosey in a circle around the inside of the pavilion for a couple of minutes
14 Imperial Walkers, 14 Baryshnikovs, 14 Stone Mountains i.c. Rinse & Repeat
Mary: 14 Advanced Boat Canoes i.c. 3X
Mosey for a couple of minutes again
11: Butt Squats and Incline merkins

Rum Runner took us out. Prayers for healing and strengthening for his back in prep for the Atlanta Marathon as well as for the fitness health of all.
Naked Man Moleskin:
Rode the minivan back to the start! All PAX should not be afraid to come out in bad weather; we will find a way to be safe and still get in a beatdown. Today’s was all under roof while the storm clattered around us.
