It was a chilly 28 degree morning, so YHC didn’t expect many PAX, but BiBo and Manhole were there waiting. Suds came of out of his car with his 80’s rock blasting ready for his Q – which was still a week away. Suds: “If I’m not Q, why am I out here in 28 degrees?”
No worries, YHC will pick up the required Parks and Recreation inspections for Suds.
Warm up:

The Thang:
Mosey along the path to the playground pullup bars, stopping for occasional burpees for the six.
Pyramid: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 pull ups and 8 count body builders
Mosey to the skate park to inspect the pool
Elevens: Burpees on the deck, Big Boi situps at the bottom of the pool. Manhole made it up the steep edge of the pool!
Mosey back to COT, stopping for occasional burpees for the six.

90 minute Thanksgiving beatdown on Thursday, starting at 6:30 am at DHS. Big Apple and Gold Bond’s VQ
