Things are looking up, we went from 1 to 5 PAX at The Beach this AM, and we were treated to a lunar eclipse to jumpstart our morning. After some laughing about solo workouts and the opportunity that some new dads are taking to sleep in, we got to work.
Warm up: (2 Sets, all IC and X12)

- Drunken Hillbillies
- Don Quixote
- Squats
- Floyd Mayweathers.
Time to mosey, up Skyland Trail NE to Skyland Dr (East) to out to Clairmont (North) to Dresden (Southwestish) down to the backside of the school and on around to the front lot. (1.5ish miles)
The Thang:
7 of Diamonds was called. Using the lot as our Diamond (sort of) the PAX did 7 Burpees at each corner (runing in between), 2nd round 14 Merkins, 3rd round 21 Squats, and 4th Round 28 low flutters (2 is 1).
Mosey back up the driveway and up the hill and half way around the oval to the benches. YHC decided we needed some triceps work – 3 set of Dips (IC and X12). Mosey the rest of the way around the oval to steps. Time for some calf raises. (all IC, all X10, 4 sets: Regular, Toes Out, Toes in, and Regular again). Mosey around the oval one more time, stopping for a quick set of 10 incline merkins (IC) and then back to COT.
CoT: Martha took us out.
