18 gathered at the New Austin Park, as the Dunwoody Dash laid seige to the DNC and Austin Elementary. That would not stop YHC and his sinister plans, just forced an audible.

After the 1st set, we did a little Manhole led F3 Broga (lots of mumblechatter). After the 1st set and the yoga, YHC led the PAX on a little mosey, up the block and to the back side of Austin, down the hill, to the cul de sac for the 2nd set.
The Thang:
Mosey down Roberts to Wynterhall and then to the swim/tennis. The next evolution, took about 30 minutes. The pax ran up the stairs to the benches (20 dips, OYO), run across the path and to the top of the parking lot (10 HRMs, OYO) and run all the way down the hill to the bottom (20 Squats, OYO). 5 rounds.
Not time to waste, YHC led the PAX off the lot, up Wynterhall, back to Roberts and North back to the Park. Here we circled for a 10 minute Mary session, all X15, some OYO, and some IC.

Mosey up the block to the church for alternating sets of 5 – 4x4s and 5 HRMs with a run back and forth in between (2 rounds).
Mosey back to the park. 10 incline merkins (IC), 10 Rocky Balboas (IC), 10 Calf Raises (IC), 10 Monkey Humpers (IC).
