  • 20 Arm curls w/ coupon
  • 20 Goblet squats w/ coupon
  • 13 Man Makers ( blockees)
  • Run 400 meters  ( then start at the beginning again 
    • Additional 400 meter run on the last round

CoT:

we started late so got 4 rounds in 40 minutes done

next week – let’s aim to arrive early and finish the full drill
