Site Q Vision

The AO Site Q is the tip of the spear in implementing the mission of F3 to invigorate male community leadership. He will be the leader that will encourage the Pax to develop authentic relationships with other men who are working to be strong fathers, husbands, and leaders. Fitness is what draws most men to F3 initially, but it is the Fellowship with other men that will keep the men coming back, and Faith will launch them into acceleration for themselves and the community.

Two Key Principles anchor the Site Q role:

  1.  The Site Q is ultimately responsible for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith being successfully and consistently implemented among the Pax at his AO. This is in no way intended to imply that the Site Q has to perform all the duties. However, he is responsible for developing leadership within the Pax by practicing volun-toldism. He will set the example for the rest of the Pax to welcome FNGs/downrange guys, steward the F3 culture, encourage Pax to embrace ownership of F3
  2. The Site Q will steward the role well for a limited period of time, with the intent of passing the opportunity to lead to another pax. He will cultivate leadership opportunities for the pax and communicate succession plans for the transfer of his role to another Pax.

Some examples of the duties that the Site Q may delegate are:
