Setup on football field.  One cone in center, five cones placed 25 yards out from center cone in star formation – (e.g., 72 degrees apart).

  • 10 We’re not worthies (with the block)
  • Farmer carry back to Center cone
  • 5 ManMaker / Blockees in the middle
  • Rifle carry (overhead) to Cone 2
  • 15 Goblet Squats (with the block)
  • Farmer carry back to Center cone
  • 5 ManMaker / Blockees in the middle
  • Rifle carry (overhead) to Cone 3
  • 20 Tricep extensions (with the block)
  • Farmer carry back to Center cone
  • 5 ManMaker / Blockees in the middle
  • Rifle carry (overhead) to Cone 4
  • 25 Kettle Bell Swings (with the block)
  • Farmer carry back to Center cone
  • 5 ManMaker / Blockees in the middle
  • Rifle carry (overhead) to Cone 1
  • 30 Curls (with the block)

CoT:

Sasquatch got into his fifth round (over 500 reps and all the carries).  Great effort by all men today.  Rumrunner took us out.
