IPC Week 0 is in the rear view mirror but IPC Week 1 is fast approaching due to the short week. With that in mind YHC brought out a classic that got us warmed up for all of the burpees sans bear crawls for care bear squared.

The Thang:
Mosey to Stonehenge 1 (flag pole, meadow overlook)
Tabata = 20 secs of intense exercise, 10 secs of rest, repeat for a total of 8 sets then 1 min rest:
