The Thang:

Oak Hill Confusion.  Some version of merkins at the bottom (regular, diamond, stone mountain, hand release, wide), followed by some method of getting up the hill (running, bernie sanders, power skips, bear crawl, crab walk), and finished off with planking and mostly ab exercises at the top (with a few 8 count body builders thrown in).

Keep the reps different and the pax guessing in terms of how many of any one exercise we will be doing!

In life, it can be hard to find a rhythm in the midst of business/chaos.  There will always be unpredictable things that happen.  Try to find a pattern and keep your progress by focusing on the things that bring you life.
