Another Steamy Soupy morning at the Patriot. In life, half the battle is showing up. YHC almost forgot that I had the Q this AM, but never fear as running this particular oyster roast is becoming particular pleasure of mine. So, off we went to kick the week of right….
Warm up:

The Thang:

- Inch worm (10), Lung walk (10 each leg), crab walk (10 each hand). Mosey through the park to the playground pavilion next to the small field
Partner Up – Don’t know What you Got Til its Gone – Cinderella
- Partner 1 does Step Ups while Partner 2 disappears into the gloom (…..don’t know what you go until fades into the gloom….) running around field, Switch, rinse repeat. 2 Rounds of step ups, 2 rounds of squats
- This picnic table is very rocky, city needs to bolt this down….

- Mosey to Pavilion for 11s w. Dips. 11s w. Step Ups, Squats, at end of each set, do 5 dips.
- All benches seemed in condition and repair, Good work Dunwoody!
Mosey & Pyramids – Take What You Want x 2 / Let It Go x2 (Def Leppard) x 2 cause they are great
- Mosey to amphitheater. OYO – Durkin’s with leg exercises in between:
- – 15 (step Ups/10), 10 (Step Ups/10), 5 (squats/10), 10 (New exercises), 15 (new exercise)
New exercise – lay out on your six, arms down on the ground, legs on top of wall at almost 90 degrees. Bring Hips up to upward plank (hold 1 second), rinse & repeat x 20 – OYO
Grateful Dead Mini Camp – Take It to The Limit (Eagles), only got about 2 minutes, sorry.
- Plank – Right hand up (ankle on top of ankle for balance) – plank – Left Hand up (ankle on top of ankle for balance) – plank – Right leg up (5 Stone mountains with leg up) – Plank – Left Leg Up w. 5 stone mountains – plank – 5 diamonds – 360 Spin – Recover

- Scripture of the day: Genesis 1 v1; In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth…. ponder and think on that heavy thought. He is in control, not us.
- Beer Note: Wicked Weed – Hazy Dank. Lite version of tropical IPA. Cant give it my personal recommendation, but if you like grapefruit with a little muted flavor, you probably like it.
- Wine Recommendation: Merryvale Pinot Noir (2018). This was one meaty Pinot and it was delicious & smooth. Almost a Cabernet. Little pricy, but outstanding dinner wine.
