Modified Dora – The group started out by lining up on one side of the basketball court. One guy does the stationary coupon exercise to get to 200 reps; the other partner does a 50lb sandbag exercise that consists of going to the far length of the basketball court and hug carrying the sandbag back.

  1. 200 coupon curls – sandbag power clean squat chest throw
  2. 200 bent-over coupon rows – sandbag holds
  3. 175 coupon tricep extension or Dips – 1x sandbag swing followed by 1x sandbag swing into a toss
  4. 200 coupon overhead press – sandbag power clean squat chest throw
  5. 200 standing calf raises with your partner – each need to hit 200 individually

Was a sweaty and misty morning. Tommy John brought bug spray which was a game changer. Gates was once again the only one who finished with the rest of the pax well into the calf raises.
