  • 5 Werkins
  • 5 Diamond merkins
  • 5 Stn Mtns

Once at the Oval, run ¼ lap 75%-80% tempo, ¼ lap easy, ¼ lap 75%-80%, ¼ lap easy 

plank for the six, then together all do 10 front foot raised split squats (10 each leg), and 10 wall bridges

we ran the lap 3 times, ran back to start to finish with split stance isos and 6 inch hold
