as shown in the picture, we did an iron pax esque workout. I loosely based it off of about 3 different former iron pax workouts, and I blended it together along with some whey protein and a brand of pre workout that is banned in some states to get todays beatdown.

but every 25 reps we would run to cones, do 3 burpees, and run back. Nobody finished, but I saw several who made it to power thrusters at least.
