A few new faces for the Friday run as well as more PAX than usual! 7 hearty souls joined Seles for a sampling of the hills of Dunwoody.
Warm up:
10 Hairy Rockettes, 10 Imperial Walkers, 10 Low, Slow Squats, 10 Side Straddle Hops i.c.
The Thang:
North on Roberts to Wyntercreek Rd.
Right on Wyntercreek then on to Meadowcreek to Mt. Vernon Way (lost Suds somewhere in here; he had another engagement to make)
Right on Mt. Vernon Way then left on Manhasset up the hill to Mt. Vernon Rd.
Vermack down the hill past Dunwoody H.S. then right on Womack
The rolling hills of Womack to Chamblee Dunwoody (lost Manhole in here; he had tried to push his recovery limits by doing 5 beatdowns in a row, and the run was a bridge too far!)
Right on Chamblee Dunwoody then right on Mt. Vernon
Left on Dunwoody Village Parkway back to the Shroom!

Naked Man Moleskin:
Great to have Bubbles from the Beach join us this am (brought the average age down dramatically!) and Gold Bond with his dog Milo was also a welcome addition. Now that school’s back; let’s make the Friday run a habit.
