The Thang:
Mosey to Skyland terrace, left on stoland, left on canmont, then back to the coolers. All Pax grabbed a cooler and performed the exercises below, 2×15:
curls
overhead press
squats
kettlebell swings
Returned coolers, mosied to track and split into 2 teams. Teams alternated running a lap and performing the following amrap:
merkins
lbcs
lunges
Mosied to volleyball court ledges for 11’s, box jumps and dips, then over to the field for ABCs, American hammer (ICx15), and a 30 sec plank.
