YHC learned he gained 10-15 lbs over his summer break and recognized the need to sweat and move continuously for 45 minutes. Naturally YHC does things best when in community with PAX that hold him accountable. What better reason for Monday Motivation?
We were greeted by BackedUp from F3 NOLA and 2 FNGs thanks to Buttercup.
YHC threw a curveball to the PAX by avoiding SSH and we jumped straight into a mosey around the neighborhood. We stretched as needed.
The Thang:
