The Thang:

Broke out into groups of two. One Pax works out while the other recovers. Pax would help the other focus on form and push themselves.

sandbag bent over row – 4 sets of failure or form break.

lay down low bar chin-ups – 4 sets of failure or form break.

Recovery low slow sandbag/coupon thrusters. – 2 sets of failure or form break.
