Warm up:  In cadence – 20 SSH, 10 merkins, 10 weed pickers, 500 yard loop run.

The Thang:

Split group into two, on separate sides (side #1 & side #2) about 25-30 yards apart.  Do an exercise, then switch sides and do the next, and so on.  When going from side #1 to side #2, get there doing a rifle carry.  When going from side #2 to side #1, get there by doing lunges with coupon.  Between every exercise, you’re switching sides.

AMRAP for anyone who finishes before time is up.  A few pax started back at the top for the first couple of exercises, and then we took 3 minutes to stretch & recover before time was up.
