YHC came down from the northlands of Dunwoody, bringing with him some cooler temps and old tricks for the young PAX at The Beach. (SoftHands you were missed)

Mosey away from the park to the East all the way out to Clairmont.
The Thang:
Time to introduce these men to a Grateful Dead. From Plank – right arm up (10 sec) left arm up (10 sec) right leg up (10 sec) left leg up (10 sec) 5 merkins, spin around, and repeato. (2nd set with wide arm merkins, 3rd set with Diamond merkins)
Mosey back to the park (up the hill and down).
Time for another oldie, BlackJack. All rounds equal 21, starting with 20 merkins and 1 big boy sit-ups with a little mosey in between, then 19 and 2, and so on, until completely reversed.
Time for one last set, burpee broad jumps from the cross walk to the curb.
