The Thang:
Crab walk down DNC hill, then mosey down to bottom of trail.
Trail climb!
Mosey to Scout’s hill. Mosey to each of 3 cul-de-sacs and do 10 burpees in each.
After finishing the third cul-de-sac, backwards run to the top of the opposite end of the street. SSH for the six.
Cross the street to the bottom of Harris Circle.
Do Everest up the steep hill, lunge, squat, lunge, squat… This was in honor of Seles who couldn’t make it today. Switch to inch worms towards the intersection.
Partner off. Partners will run opposite directions around the Harris Circle, Harris Trail loop until meeting. At each meet up, do 10 hand release merkins, 20 big boi situps and 30 dying beetles. Meet at the highest point (elevation 1150) at 7:50 am.
