Around the meadow start with 1 exercise and then run 250 meters. Continue with 1st exercise and add 2nd exercise then run 250 meters. Wash, rinse, repeat all the way to 9th exercise:

Round 2 – 10 merkins
Round 3 – 15 LBCs
Round 4 – 20 Lunges
Round 5 – 25 squats
Round 6 – 30 second plank
Round 7 – 35 American hammer
Round 8 – 40 hand claps
Round 9 – 45 standing lunge
There was still time left so we finished with a set of 11’s at the meadow hill by meadow stone overlook: bear crawl up hill for 10 wall pushups and run down hill for 1 sumo squat. Wash, rinse, repeat until 1 wall pushup and 10 sumo squats.
