Manhole (and others) were complaining, so we moseyed to the football field for a workout that wouldn’t involve our arms.

Introducing The Turkish Delight:

Start at the goal line and do 1 Turkish Get Up.  Run 5 yards and do 1 Turkish Get Up.  Repeat every 5 yards until you reach the opposite goal line.

Mosey to COT with burpees for the six.
