It was important to loosen up the body after a night of rest.
25 SSH, Body stretches b/c the body is stiff in the early AM, pyramid of 5, 10, 15 merkins / squats, 4 minute run

The Thang:

The Thang was extra spicy today. 24 minute cap of:
27, 24, 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 of Thrusters, Big Boy Sit Ups with Coupon, Down/Ups
Sum it all up and you do 135 repetitions of each movement.
Modifications for each movement include: Body squats (with or without weight), LBCs (for those with a bruised “6”).
after 8 minutes, 30 second plank
after 16 minutes, 60 second plank
after 24 minutes, 30 second plank
This exercise was also a good one to purge oneself of impurities via LOTS OF SWEAT. You’re welcome.
