Warmup

  • Toy Solider x 15 IC

  • Cotton Picker x 10 IC
  • Low Slow Squat x 10 IC

The Thang

Mosey to the track

Start the following circuit

  • Run 1 lap (400M)
  • 15 Toyotas
  • 15 Merkins
  • 15 Big Boy situps
  • Rinse and repeat x5 (since it is April 5th)

Partner up and grab a block, 1 for each pair and execute the following, partners alternate exercises however they choose until they reach combined totals:

  • 30 Thrusters / 30 Turkish Getups
  • 30 Kettle Bell Swings / 30 Merkins
  • Half time – both partners run a lap to keep those heart rates up!
  • 30 Overhead presses / 30 x 30/60/90 protractors
  • 30 Blockees / 30 X Factors (2 count)

Stow blocks.  Mosey out to Vanderyln drive and around back side of DHS to benches for two sets of dips x 15 IC.

Mosey to COT and plank for ~1 minute until time called.
