Warm up: SSH x 25, Arm circles, Downward Dog, Mountain Climbers, 4 ct Merkins
The Thang:
Just like Forrest Gump, we ran around and did stuff! What stuff did we do?
3 x up the big hill (Bernie Sanders) with Crab Walk/Skips on the way down. In between trips, we did some 4 ct Irkins, lots of 4 ct squats (35 I think), and some box cutters.
Then, we moseyed over to the picnic tables and did more activities that Forrest Gump may or may not have done???
Copenhagen Planks: 4 x 45 seconds / 4 ct Irkins x 30 / Side lunges x 40 / 1 min wall sit with calf raise x 2
Back to the rig…for some Mary and 2 x 5 pullups (with extra hang on the pull up bars for 30 seconds)
And we did all of this in the RAIN!!!!!!! For all of you PAX out there that fartsacked b/c of the the precipitation and/or you stayed out too late drinking and have fun (looking at you Martina and Gronkins), consider this quote next time you think about fartsacking:
