The Thang:
Mosey to far baseball field for BLIMPS. OYO. Begin in right field with a set of BLIMPS (5 Burpees, 10 standing Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks, 30 Squats). Run around baseball field clockwise to next station in center field. Perform set of BLIMPS. Run clockwise around until left field and do set of BLIMPS. Run clockwise around to home plate for set of BLIMPS. Run around field back to right field and do set of BLIMPS until 6 is in.
Mosey to base of big steps at the end of the track. 5 Bonnie Blairs at bottom. Run up steps and to left and up next staircase to school entrance platform and do 1 HRM (hand release merkin). Run down steps and decrease Bonnie Blair count by one and increase HRM count at top of stairs until you reach 5 HRMs. Calf raises for the six.
3 sets of 10 calf raises IC on the steps: regular, toes in, toes out.
Mosey to railing at base of stairs. Partner up. 10 dips on railing with partner holding legs. Switch. Then everyone does 5 Australian Push-ups IC. Rinse and repeat for 3 sets total of dips and Australian Push-ups.
Mosey to platform inside track at the end of the football field for Mary. American Hammer, Big Block Alphabet, Dying Cockroach, Flutter Kicks, LBC’s. All IC x 30 except Big Block Alphabet which was OYO.
Run up and down big steps 4 times. Mosey back to COT.

Manhole announced a couple of endurance events on April 23rd: Tough Mudder and Helenback.
The Beach AO just had it’s 2nd beatdown yesterday. Meets in Brookhaven Tuesdays at 5:30 at Skyland Park.
HVAC took us out in fine style.
