YHC arrived a few minutes early, and 1st one, two, three, then another and another and as the clock struck, the 17th PAX showed up and showed out, shoving aside the gloom.
Warm up: (all IC and two rounds – X15 and X10)

The Thang:
And off we went, we moseyed down to the track and YHC described “The Thang”. This was the 2nd time that i Q’d this BD, and this was the most efficient use of 45, ever. YHC drew the PAX into his Dark Webbs (as in Jack). We started off with:
- 1 Merkin, 2 Air Presses, 1 Jump Squat, 2 Single Leg Lunges (each leg), 1 Big Boy Sit-up, and 2 American Hammers and then we ran 100 yards
- 2 Merkin, 4 Air Presses, 2 Jump Squat, 4 Single Leg Lunges (each leg), 2 Big Boy Sit-up, and 4 American Hammers and then we ran 100 yards
- 3 Merkin, 6 Air Presses, 3 Jump Squat, 6 Single Leg Lunges (each leg), 3 Big Boy Sit-up, and 6 American Hammers and then we ran 100 yards
- at this point YHC called an audible and changed the lunges to counting every single leg lunge as 1 (rather than 1/2 – and there was much rejoicing
- We took this all the way up to 10 and 20 and then came all the way back down. Each time we stopped, we planked for the 6 , until the last 3 sets, 3/6, 2/4 and 1/2.
Mosey back across the street and time was called.
