7 Men gathered on a crisp post-Super Bowl morning to embark on a Valentine’s Day beatdown.
Warm up:
SSH, Harry Rockettes, Prisoner Squats, Mountain Climbers, Newton’s Cradle. All IC x 14. Rinse and Repeat.
The Thang:
Mosey to Pavilion for Dips and Step-ups. All IC x 14. 2 sets.
Mosey to 1st soccer field and partner up. The exercise was a figure 8 run. We ran around the perimeter of the soccer field but crossed sides of the field each time we reach midfield. From the corner of the field, one partner begins in each direction. Rotate through Merkins, LBC’s, and Bonnie Blairs. All single count x 14 beginning at the start and then do the next exercise in the rotation whenever you get to a turn. Whenever you meet up with your partner on the course, stop and do 5 burpees. Plank for the 6.
Mosey up the steps and around to the corner of the 2nd soccer field. Repeat the figure 8 circuit on 2nd field but change exercise rotation to Stone Mountains, Freddie Mercury, and Sumo Squats all single count x 14. This time do 5 Eight Count Body Builders whenever you meet up with your partner who is running in the opposite direction. Plank for the 6.
Mosey to stage platform for some Mary. Pharoahs for 20 seconds each side x 2, Flutter Kicks IC x 28, Protractor IC x 14, High Flutter IC x 28, Heels to Heaven IC x 28.
Mosey off stage and bear crawl up the hill towards the Pavilion. After about 20 yards we switched to lunges, then back to bear crawl and finished with lunges at the top of the hill.
