- Mosey away from DNC and over to the new Dunwoody park on Roberts where we partnered up. the partners ran a lap around the perimeter of the park. Each partner did 3 sets of partner merkins and partner dips (for a total of 30 reps of each exercise).
- We then waited for the 6 by wall sitting. We moseyed back to the DNC to the trailhead, where we planked for the 6.
- We then went down the trail (the Manhole way) all the way down to the bottom and the backside of the DNC clubhouse.
- Time for some Mary: (all IC and all X12): Rosalita, Low-lalita, American Hammers, Box Cutters, Obliques (Left/Right), Big Boys Sit-ups (24 OYO), Big Block Alphabet.

And that as they say, was that.
CoT:
Prayers for those in need of healing or that just need to come back to us.
This one of the youngest groups that i can recall in some time. While old man Fireballs and B-Bo kept the average age up, along with Dunder and I, the rest of the PAX (16 of them were largely in their 20s and 30s) with an occasional 40 something mixed in.
We had two FNGs both brought by Third Wheel: ShoeFly hails from Carrolton and is a PA transplant. Bazinga is a former GM Engineer from Michigan turned Physics teacher, who lives in Buckhead. Welcome brothers.
Naked Man Moleskin:
5 more brothers were posthumously represented as part of the Tartan Trot – ChainGang, Dubya, HVAC, Potter, Rum Runner were sighted at the corner of Village Drive and Chamblee Dunwoody, putting in the work. Well done lads.
