The Thang:

Mosey to Parking Lot Basement
With Partner, build a pyramid, carrying 2 blocks at a time, 2 floors up
While Partner is running up and back, do Merkin exercise of your choice
Continue until pyramid built

Do the same to bring the blocks back, again 2 at a time
This time, while partner is gone, do ab exercise of your choice

Run from top to bottom, stopping at each level to do:
25 Stone Mountain Pushups
Then 50 Monkey Humpers
75 Squats
100 butt kickers
and then run down
25 merkins
50 Freddie Mercury
75 squats
100 LBC

Wall Sit Circle 18 x 10
Calf Raise Circuit 20 x 5
Mosey to Lot
