Warm up: Suds Windmill, Low Slow Squat – IC x 15. Daff Punk x 7. Curb to Curb with Toy Soldiers, Butt Kickers, High Knees
The Thang: Run around front and side of school down street to back entrance of track and onto football field. Partner Exercise 1 – starting at goal line Wheel Barrow switching positions every 10 yards to the opposite goal line. Partner Exercise 2 – starting at goal line Broad Jumps and Crab Walks with exercise switch every 10 yards. Backwards run the length of the field.
Misery Mile – another Partner Exercise where #1 runs a lap whilst #2 completes 10 Burpees, 15 Mountain Climbers, 20 SSH, 25 LBC. Switch and continue until each partner has run 4 laps and has completed 4 rotations of the exercises.
Mary – heals to Heaven IC x 15, American Hammer IC X 15, Kitty Kat IC x 10. Rinse & Repeat except no second round of KK for fear that Manhole’s head gasket would blow.
Run up and down stairs 4 times.
