The Thang:
Mosey to Pavilion for 11: Step-ups and Dips
Mosey to Amphitheater for 4 minutes of Mary: 8 ex. 30 secs each: Low Leg Raise, High Leg Raise, Low Dolly, High Dolly, Freddie Mercury, Box-cutter, Dying Cockroach, LBC
Long mosey up some stairs around the amphitheater back to the Pavilion for 11: Incline Merkins and Prisoner Squats
Mosey to lighted area between ball fields for Grateful Dead
Mosey onto ball field for a Crowd Pleaser: start at R field foul pole with 5 Burpees (down to 1), run to first base for 5 hand release merkins, run to home plate for 5 hand release merkins, run to 3rd base for 5 hand release merkins, run to L field foul pole for 1 Burpee (up to 5) reverse with hand release merkins at each of 3 locations. Did not finish so gathered at home plate then moseyed back to start.

YHC seems incapable of putting together a 45-minute workout on paper that we can actually complete! Will do better next time, and even though we didn’t get to finish it, the PAX was pleased!
